Two Park Artists Exhibiting at Studio 33 at Rockcliffe Gardens

There is a wonderful show of kinetic and [mostly] interactive sculptures at Studio 33 right now and we're proud to say that 2 of our Park Gallery Artists are participating. Holiday Exhibit in The Commons

Join us at Park Galleries for the Annual Park Artists' Holiday Exhibition.

Participating artists include Zann Canto, alba2 Rossini, Rik Zwiers, Alexandra Mensing, Pol Jarvinen as well as 2 works by Artistic Fimicoloud.

For those of you who know Pol Jarvinen's work [and for those of you who don't!], his exhibit at this year's SL® Burning Life will be an eye-opening treat. His work is mobile, interactive, often colorful and always thought-provoking. Burning Life allows him to work on a scale not possible before and the work is amazing! Park Galleries is proud to be associated with this wonderful multi-media artist from France. Please go and enjoy!

Join The Passionate Redheads TODAY, Saturday, May 16, 2009 for The BIG Blowout Event celebrating the life of Artistic Fimicoloud. She left us a year ago May 26. We'll have an appropriate event then, but now let's so what she would have us do--enjoy life and raise money to fund the cure!

Welcome to The Park Galleries Blog!

The Park Galleries of SL ^tm , founded by Angel Enoch, was one of the first artist-run group galleries on the grid. In 2007 the late Artistic Fimicoloud bought the galleries from Angel and ran them until her untimely death in May 2008, at which time Samara Barzane took ownership and has run the galleries ever since.
